CUSTOM ANODISING

We are able to offer a custom anodising service on any Quick UK alloy component, if we don't stock the colour you require then just contact us with your needs and we will be happy to help.

These Raptor 50 parts where recently anodised black for a customer building a scale machine that required precision components without the "bling" colours. The cost for this service is minimal but ideally components should be coloured in sets rather than individually as this helps to maintain a good consistancy of colour.

Standard colours available are silver, black, red, blue, purple and gold.

HIROBO LAMA & SCHWEIZER Precision Swashplate

NEW PRODUCT.......

All metal CNC machined alloy swashplate with precision radial bearing and hard chromed PTFE lined centre swivel ball.  A very precise and hard wearing unit thanks to the special pre-loading screws on the radial bearing, this means zero play and is fully adjustable should the bearing wear.

This swashplate provides a considerable improvement in control precision over the original plastic unit and it's high quality materials ensure a very long service life and despite it's all metal construction it is also 5% lighter than the original

Stainless steel control balls with heavy duty M3 fixing threads complete this high quality product.

Avaialble in Black and Satin Silver finish.

JR VIBE 50 High Flow Cooling Fan

This cooling fan features 9 aerofoil sectioned angled vanes to provide greater cooling efficiency without sacrificing engine power. A direct replacement for the stock plastic fan.

The underside of this fan features a pair of machined pockets suitable for the mounting of 5mm diameter throttle governor magnets as used in the Futaba GV-1, Throttle Jockey and Rev-Lock units

RAPTOR 60/90 Sideframe Stiffeners

NEW PRODUCT........

SUITABLE FOR RAPTOR 60/90 & V-MAX

Sideframe stiffener set for reinforcement of the lower main frames.

These frames effectively brace between the engine mount and the lower mainshaft bearing support to help prevent unwanted torque induced frame flexing. Maintains an accurate engine / clutch alignement as well as reducing vibration levels especially on carbon framed models.

Machined from 4mm thick alloy they are approx 20% lighter than TT's own frame stiffeners and connect to both lower bearing block fitting points rather than just one. Supplied with a full set of high tensile steel fasteners.

Supplied as a pair (Left & Right) and available in Blue and Silver finish.
